Providence Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a food service assistant to support simple-step food preparation, tray line setup, and short order cooking for patients, catering, or retail food service customers. You will work under the direction of the Supervisor, Food Production, ensuring patient food safety and service quality.

Preferred candidates have hospital or nursing home cooking experience and at least six months of cooking experience; a National Food Handler Card is required upon

Under the direction of the Supervisor, Food Production, remains responsible for simple-step food preparation, tray line setup, and serving as well as short order cooking of foods for patients, catering or retail food service customers, acts in a manner that supports patient food safety, customer satisfaction, and departmental goals, and performs other duties as assigned.
