Invenergy LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking an Associate, Contracts, to lead PPA, BT, and DT negotiations for renewable energy projects. As an Associate, Contracts, you are a skilled professional who plays an active and meaningful role in the Invenergy Contracts team's Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Build Transfer (BT), and Development Transfer (DT) negotiation efforts for renewable energy projects with third parties. In this role, you will take ownership of workstreams of moderate to advanced complexity and contribute independently to commercial transactions across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicate clearly across multiple functions, and demonstrate confidence navigating conflict, along with a solid understanding of what it takes to develop and construct utility-scale renewable energy projects. $100,000 - $120,000 USD Annual
Bonus: 20% - 30%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
