Job summary

• Prior patent litigation experience in district courts and/or before the ITC.
• Experience with patent infringement and validity analyses.
• Experience with drafting and preparing motions and briefs concerning patent issues.
• Experience with handling/managing discovery aspects of litigation.
• Some experience with depositions and working with expert and fact witnesses is preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail, collaborate and work effectively in team settings.
