Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Content Writer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a fresher or one having 6 months of experience, who is passionate about crafting compelling content, eager to learn, and ready to contribute fresh perspectives to our business-focused narratives. You will assist in creating and optimizing content across various channels that inform, inspire, and engage our target audience. You will work closely with experienced professionals and subject matter experts, allowing you to develop your skills in business storytelling, digital communications, and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Development:
- Produce high-quality written content including blog posts, articles, etc., centered on business and consulting topics.
- Assist in drafting compelling narratives that simplify complex business concepts for diverse audiences.
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to generate fresh content ideas aligned with business goals.
- Summarize research findings into actionable insights to support content strategy.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work alongside senior content managers, marketing teams, etc. to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and marketing strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to contribute innovative ideas for new content projects.
- Optimization & Performance Tracking:
- Support efforts to optimize content for SEO, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and content structuring.
- Help monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on digital marketing, content trends, and emerging business practices.
- Pursue training and development opportunities to enhance your writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, grammar, and storytelling abilities. Having a portfolio (academic/work samples) is a plus.
- Business Acumen: Interest in business strategy, management, or consulting; ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office. Knowledge of basic SEO principles is a plus.
- Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments, meet deadlines, and accept constructive feedback.
Preferred Skills
- Internship/freelance experience in content creation.
- Knowledge of consulting services (e.g., strategy, operations, digital transformation).
- Certifications in Content Marketing, SEO, or Digital Writing.
