Ducker Carlisle in Boston seeks an Associate Consultant to join our project teams across research, analysis and client delivery. You will conduct interviews, build analyses with spreadsheets and statistical tools, and help prepare client presentations.

The role can be based in Boston, with travel to client sites as needed. We value clear communication, strong organization, and a commitment to learning and growth within our global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Advanced skills within Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with analytical modeling, statistical analysis, optimization, and/or manipulation of large datasets.
• Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or statistical packages is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as travel is an integral part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Design analyses using spreadsheets, database tools, statistical analysis and process mapping to meet project goals.
• Gather research by conducting interviews, literature searches, and interpreting survey results.
• Author client presentations and other deliverables.
• Present findings to clients and to senior consulting staff.
