Job description

This position researches, organizes, analyzes, and visualizes client data, to support the conception, execution, and integration of various data projects for the commercial efforts of pharmaceutical and life science firms. This position also implements, supports, and facilitates various solutions that helps clients be better positioned for product launch and commercial success.


We'll trust you to
  • Assists with data processing, ensures data accuracy, and generates unique insights/metrics to provide clients advanced reports and slide decks.
  • Codes frequently to efficiently and effectively run reports and perform data processing.
  • Creates and maintains reports, dashboards, and data visualizations accurately while meeting deadlines for clients.
  • Runs existing processes as scheduled and troubleshoots ad-hoc errors that arise; refreshes and updates client deliverables and reports on a regular basis, including ad-hoc requests.
  • Communicates with clients as needed regarding data processing and ongoing projects, ensuring consistent expectations of deliverables.
  • Collaborates with team members to provide meaningful insight surrounding deliverables such as salesforce sizing, territory alignment, and incentive compensation.
  • Participates in internal meetings to keep the team apprised of client needs or concerns.
  • Generates weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports to summarize and integrate data sources and provide insights to clients.
  • Performs other project work as needed, based on client needs and internal team requests.

You will need to have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0 to 3 years’ professional experience.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude through coursework or other experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
  • Basic coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA, etc.) and/or knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI, preferred.

$70,000 - $85,000 a year
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
