As an Associate Consultant (Change Management), you’ll bring your military-honed discipline and decision-making to the boardrooms and operations of some of the country’s largest companies – turning chaos into clear, executable plans.

Travel is periodic and engagement-dependent, typically short-duration site visits or temporary on-site support rather than constant relocation. Candidates within commuting distance of an active client region are preferred over those who’d need to fly.
Required:
- Military veteran (Greencastle hires exclusively from the veteran community)
- Experience in a formal military planning process (MDMP, NPP, MCPP, JOPPA, or equivalent)
- A genuine commitment to client success, a desire to play by adult rules, GSD™, and a commitment to strengthening veteran communities
Preferred:
- Military leadership experience (command time or equivalent)
- Master's degree or MBA
- Experience in consulting, project management, finance, or business intelligence — or related certifications/training (PMP, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or higher, SAFe, ACMP/ProSci Change Management)
