Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional accounting experience.

• Experience participating in projects through school, internships, or professional work.

• Structured onboarding through Sage Intacct training curriculum; no prior Intacct experience needed.
• Curiosity about AI and its application to accounting/ERP workflows; experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sage Intacct implementations under the guidance of senior consultants, including configuration, data migration, and testing.
• Participate in discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients.
• Assist with documentation such as functional specifications, training materials, and process guides.
• Help troubleshoot client issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Learn Sage Intacct's core modules - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Reporting - and progress toward independent module ownership.
• Shadow senior consultants on client calls and gradually take on direct client-facing work.
• Use AI tools as part of daily workflow - drafting documentation, summarizing discovery calls, and accelerating implementation deliverables.]
