Job summary

Hypothesis is seeking an Associate Consultant to manage project flow, develop research materials, and gather client feedback across multiple accounts. You will partner with more senior team members to build client leadership and consulting skills.

You will own creation of research materials such as respondent homework, discussion guides, questionnaires, and tab/banner specs, and oversee QA checks on programs, tab specs, and reports.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct market research experience.
• Experience with a variety of methodologies within quant and qual.
• Experience with a variety of industries (e.g., auto, tech, entertainment).
• Ability to lead both quantitative and qualitative research projects from start to finish, with a detailed understanding of methodology, team management, and client partnership.

Job Summary

What You Have:

• 3-5 years of direct market research experience
• Either at a market research agency or client side (agency experience preferred)
• Experience with a variety of methodologies within quant and qual
• Experience with variety of industries (e.g., auto, tech, entertainment)
• Ability to lead both quantitative and qualitative research projects from start to finish, with a detailed understanding of methodology, team management, and client partnership
• Strong sense of project ownership and leadership: be comfortable directing team members, managing to timelines, anticipating potential problems and identifying solutions
• Willingness to learn and a curiosity about our business
• Ability to travel as needed
• Collaborative and enjoy working within a team
