Job summary

Neuralink in Austin, TX seeks an Associate Project Manager to lead capital projects for campus and facilities. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, plan budgets, schedule contractors, and ensure quality from design through substantial completion.

Required a civil/architectural/related degree and 3+ years in commercial construction or tenant improvements, with strong ability to resolve field issues and manage RFIs and payments. Equity is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction or tenant improvements for industrial facilities.
• Ability to plan and manage capital projects from budgeting through execution.

Responsibilities

• Capital process planning from inception to on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Resolve field conflicts in real time and manage contractor scheduling.
• Sourcing materials and equipment for construction projects.
• Reviewing and approving contractor payment applications.
• Responding to RFIs and coordinating design/deviation reviews.
• Conducting construction review meetings and milestone reporting.
• Maintaining quality control documentation for constructed items.
• Managing RFIs and submittals for design teams during construction
