A leading provider of health and wellness programs is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support their Regulatory and Program Compliance Department. You will ensure compliance across multiple states, manage licenses, and interact with regulatory agencies, all within a supportive remote work setting. This role requires a degree in health care or related field and at least one year of compliance experience.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Regulatory and Program Compliance Department by managing compliance activities related to 4-8 assigned states
- Maintain required business licenses and develop an understanding of their requirements
- Communicate with regulatory agencies and educate external contacts on the company’s business practices
- Monitor legislative and regulatory activity impacting company operations and report findings
- Assist with regulatory compliance projects and support training of new employees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Policy or Administration, Law, English, or equivalent required; high school diploma required if equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in health insurance or managed care
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel; experience with Internet, SharePoint, and CRM databases
- Strong analytical and writing skills with a willingness to develop research skills
- Understanding of regulatory agency operations and health care compliance preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with health insurance or managed care contracts
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid
- Understanding of ASH systems, policies, and procedures
- Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions
