• Assist in preparation and submission of government filings and disclosures.
• Develop recurring compliance reports, dashboards, and management reporting materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant business practices.

The Government Compliance Analyst II supports the organization’s government compliance program by assisting in the implementation and monitoring of policies and controls aligned with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). This role operates as a generalist within the compliance function, partnering with cross‑functional teams such as finance, contracts, supply chain, and legal to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. The analyst contributes to internal reviews, documentation efforts, training initiatives, reporting, and continuous improvement of compliance processes.

• Support implementation and maintenance of compliance controls related to FAR, DFARS, and CAS requirements
• Assist in developing, updating, and documenting policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting audits (e.g., DCAA/DCMA) is a plus
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, reporting, or process efficiency is a plus
