As a Compensation Analyst, you will help ensure our compensation programs attract, motivate, and retain top talent while supporting a high-performing and engaged workforce. You will leverage data, analytics, and market insights to guide compensation decisions and support business and HR partners across the organization.
In this role, you will perform research and analysis related to job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, incentive programs, internal equity, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to evaluate compensation recommendations, support career pathing initiatives, and ensure compensation practices remain consistent, compliant, and competitive.
You will also contribute to annual compensation processes, survey participation, compensation audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, influence compensation programs, and support innovative solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall employee experience.
