Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Compensation Analyst to help shape a competitive rewards strategy. You will analyze data, market pricing, and salary structures to support decisions across the organization.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and leadership to ensure equity, compliance, and effective incentive programs, while contributing to annual processes and reporting. This role offers hybrid work with exposure to meaningful projects and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Human Resources, Compensation or Total Rewards experience reflecting increasing responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate with 6 years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills; ability to see the broader picture and summarize data.
  • Detail oriented with focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks while delivering high quality results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and database tools; basic PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% for onboarding, training, meetings and events.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Join a team that plays a critical role in shaping a competitive and equitable rewards strategy that supports organizational success. As a Compensation Analyst, you will help ensure our compensation programs attract, motivate, and retain top talent while supporting a high-performing and engaged workforce. You will leverage data, analytics, and market insights to guide compensation decisions and support business and HR partners across the organization. In this role, you will perform research and analysis related to job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, incentive programs, internal equity, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to evaluate compensation recommendations, support career pathing initiatives, and ensure compensation practices remain consistent, compliant, and competitive. You will also contribute to annual compensation processes, survey participation, compensation audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, influence compensation programs, and support innovative solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall employee experience.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of Human Resources, Compensation, or Total Rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate 6 years of Human Resources, Compensation or Total Rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
  • Detail driven individual with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with ability to see the broader picture and summarise complex data.
  • Responsible for working with highly sensitive and confidential information and maintaining the confidentiality of the information used during the normal course of business.
  • Skilled in juggling multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skill requirements include intermediate MS Word, MS Excel and database, basic MS PowerPoint.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. How You'll Stand Out
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Human Resources plus 4 years of Human Resources, Compensation, or Total Rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
  • Experience with ADP, SuccessFactors, PayScale, and Syndio.

  • We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
