Job Description
The Associate Community Manager is responsible for effectively marketing the community and ensuring leasing targets are achieved. They prioritize prospects' and residents’ needs, requests, and follow-up, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Responsibilities
The duties below outline the core responsibilities and may be modified as community needs evolve:
Leasing & Marketing
- Develop marketing plans and strategies to meet occupancy goals
- Monitor leasing reports and make pricing recommendations for rent growth
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and corporate procedures
- Accurately enter data in Entrata and follow up accordingly
- Promote a positive image of the community
- Generate traffic through effective marketing techniques
- Manage all tasks to close sales, including tours, lead generation, and follow-up
- Complete required documentation promptly
- Maintain and update social media channels regularly
- Oversee renewal processes and community engagement activities
General Administration
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
- Participate in staff and emergency meetings
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional environment
- Report time and attendance accurately
- Understand lease agreements and communicate details clearly
- Assist with move-in and move-out activities
- Manage time effectively
- Support corporate projects as needed
Financial Management
- Maximize revenue and occupancy
- Operate within marketing budgets with prior approval
Personnel
- Ensure staff practice Landmark LEASE protocols
- Train staff on marketing and lease review procedures
Customer Service
- Exceed expectations of residents, prospects, and vendors
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Create resident newsletters and communications
- Mediate resident conflicts and promote community harmony
- Participate in resident retention initiatives
Facilities
- Assist in creating and executing turn plans
- Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues
Risk Control
- Enforce safety and emergency policies
- Report safety risks and incidents
- Assist in emergency response procedures
Work Environment & Physical Demands
