Job summary

Palermo's Pizza in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Associate Commodity Buyer to help keep production moving at our high-tech facility in the Menomonee River Valley. You will coordinate purchasing for raw materials, packaging, and supplies, and support senior staff with vendor communication and data analysis.

The role emphasizes accuracy in POs, timely deliveries, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams. 1–3 years in purchasing is preferred, with Oracle Fusion ERP experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Technology savvy with Oracle Fusion ERP system.
• Experience in the food industry and packaging materials preferred.

Responsibilities

Where you’ll work

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state‑of‑the‑industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

Our high‑tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on‑site bakery to produce best‑in‑class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24‑hour shipping and receiving facility.

When you’ll work

Hours are primarily during 1st shift. May involve working with vendors outside of these hours.

What You’ll Do
