Job summary

HarborCHC is seeking an Associate Clinician to perform biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and children. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate referrals to specialty services as needed.

Requires a master’s degree and active BBS registration (ASW/AMFT/APCC). Experience in community health or integrated care is preferred, with strong documentation and bilingual English/Spanish skills highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, MFT, Clinical Counseling, or equivalent per California BBS.
• Current valid registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as ASW/AMFT/APCC.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services to adults, children, or families in community health, medical, or integrated care settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and pediatric patients.
• Facilitate group therapy when assigned.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members and community services.
• Document progress notes in the EHR within required timeframes.
• Participate in supervision and quality improvement activities.
