Job summary

Holding Hands Pediatric Therapy and Adult Services in Burbank, CA is seeking an Associate Clinical Supervisor (ACS) to provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and assist in implementing ABA-based treatment plans under BCBA guidance.

This part-time role offers mentorship from experienced BCBAs, professional development toward BCBA certification, a supportive leadership team, manageable caseloads, and opportunities to make a measurable impact on clients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or related field.
• BCaBA certification or hours toward BCBA certification.
• 1+ years supervising children with ASD and designing ABA treatment.
• Advanced knowledge of autism spectrum disorders.
• Experience with assessment tools and report writing.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians.

• Conduct session observations and provide real-time coaching.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical support and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance
• Conduct session observations and provide real-time coaching and feedback
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming
• Ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery
• Participate in parent/caregiver training and collaboration
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with BCBAs and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required)
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Certification, OR accruing hours towards a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
• 1+ years’ experience supervising children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and designing/managing ABA-based treatment (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge about Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
• Excellent time management skills are a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
• Bilingual (Preferred)
