The Associate Clinical Manager (ACM) supports the Pediatric Mental Health Institute's community division, overseeing behavioral health services integration into primary care clinics within the Pediatric Care Network (PCN). The role requires travel around Denver Metro to primary care practices. The ACM must be licensed as a behavioral health clinician (LPC, LCSW) and experienced in pediatric primary care, clinical operations, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
This position involves managing clinical and operational responsibilities, including decision-making, communication, and supervision. Physical requirements include standing/walking for long hours, lifting up to 16 kgs, and exposure to blood and infectious diseases. The work environment is fast-paced, with frequent exposure to blood, body fluids, and potential infectious risks.
Competitive salary range: $97,718 - $146,577 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development resources. Employees may also be eligible for annual bonuses based on organizational performance.
