Job summary

The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and Maryland licensure, with 4–6 years of experience and a focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and staff development. A pathway to the Clinical Director role is emphasized in a growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Maryland licensure permitting the practice of both Counseling and Supervision required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to counselors, therapists, and clinical interns.
• Review and approve assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge plans.
• Monitor clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead onboarding and professional development of new hires and clinical interns.
• Lead clinical policies, procedures, and program development in collaboration with senior leadership.
