Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking an Associate Clinical Director to lead clinical and administrative operations across our New York region. You will supervise a team of supervisors, drive client satisfaction, retention, and financial performance while upholding rigorous standards of care.

In this role you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, guide data-driven clinical improvements, ensure licensure compliance, and advance a culture of trauma-informed care and equity across locations.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Active LBA in the state of New York as issued by the New York Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.
• At least 3-5 years of demonstrated clinical and operations management experience.
• Master’s Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical and administrative operations within your region, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Drive regional excellence by meeting client satisfaction, retention, and financial goals.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop regional business strategies and foster growth.
