Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is a leading ABA provider seeking a Sr. Program Manager trainee path toward BCBA certification. The role offers mentorship, structured learning, and a clear clinical career ladder with supervision from experienced BCBAs.

You will contribute to both home and clinic-based services, with robust onboarding, study support, CEUs, and opportunities to advance into BCBA, Sr. BCBA, and Director roles. This is a full-time on-site position in California with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program is required.
  • Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing clinical program management under supervision.
  • Onboarding includes fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR/VZV funded by us.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate client programs, educate parents, run assessments, and ensure progress under a BCBA.
  • Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, coordinate visits, and provide coaching to improve service quality.
  • Ensure clinical prescriptions are followed, maintain accurate billable-hour records, and deliver progress reports and plans.
  • Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties while adapting to a dynamic caseload.
  • Support staff productivity and assist in evaluations, helping parents and technicians in urgent situations.

What We’re Looking For

The Basics Of This Opportunity
  • Base Compensation: $32.00 – $36 per hour (based on experience, skills, and geography)
  • Bonus: Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunities (earn $35,000+ in your first three years)
  • Monthly Billable Expectation: 120–130 hours
  • Growth: Full support and clear opportunities to advance into BCBA, Sr. BCBA, and Director roles
  • Some Benefits Highlights: Opportunity for direct & indirect supervision hours, study support and training to help you pass the BCBA exam, 13 days off annually between holidays including 1 floating holiday and PTO, that begins to accrue from Day 1
  • Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team also offers weekly office hours or 1:1 support, as needed.
  • Education and Mentorship: Monthly CEUs and an annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers in the field
  • Flexible Schedule: Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings, mid-day, and afternoons up until 6:30pm most nights, with two to three evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm (we pay extra for evenings!). No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions. You’re in full control!
