Job summary

AbbVie Data Science is seeking a capable professional to support study startup, conduct, and close-out by applying clinical trial knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

Under supervision, you will perform data analyses, help develop clinical trial application design specifications, and ensure adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs, and local regulations. You will work with study teams to translate requirements into actionable analyses and gain exposure to multiple DS functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, MIS, CS, life sciences or related field.
• Demonstrated performance as a key contributor to initiatives and advancement of their organization.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership traits.

Responsibilities

• Develops a deep understanding of clinical trial concepts and the ability to interpret cross-functional protocol requirements.
• Engages with DSS and cross-functional study teams to effectively execute activities.
• Establishes proficiency with and utilizes available technology to execute activities.
• Establishes proficiency with standards used in design and development of key system interfaces.
• Under direct supervision, supports the execution of processes for study startup, conduct and close-out.
