We are searching for an experienced, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Sr. Account Manager. An ideal candidate will learn fast, keep up with the latest technology developments, present confidently, communicate effectively, and ultimately keep our customers happy.

As Wursta's people manager of the client success team you will represent Wursta as our customer's dedicated solution-oriented advisor. You will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Sr. Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, gain knowledge of the customer’s technology initiatives and business needs, and seek to resolve client technical constraints by identifying value-added products and services to help their business innovate and grow.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and successfully establish relationships throughout the customer’s organization
  • Identify expansion and up-sell opportunities, new use cases, and own renewing customer contracts
  • Coordinate technical resources needed for up-sell opportunities and support issues
  • Act as an escalation point for renewals strategy, critical account issues, and ongoing account planning
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with C-Level stakeholders that maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to support revenue projections (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Work collaboratively with all cross-functional teams (Support, Services, Finance, Marketing) to maintain and grow customer’s ARR.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of sales management experience
  • 6+ years proven work experience in account management or customer success
  • A proven track record of achieving team target of 3 to 6 million in revenue per quarter
  • Strong ability to pitch and consult new service offerings to key accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias for action
  • A self-starter approach to work and the ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment
  • SaaS Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MSP or Google Partner experience is a plus
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Google Workspace experience
  • Cloud experience
