Overview

As an Associate, Client Success, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and management of client relationships across a dynamic portfolio of accounts. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Client Services, Billing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of projects and a high-quality client experience.

In this role, you will help drive the day-to-day operational perfection behind data-driven marketing campaigns—supporting project delivery, managing timelines, and ensuring clear communication across partners. Your ability to stay organized, analyze data, and adapt to shifting priorities will directly contribute to campaign success and client satisfaction.

The Associate, Client Success will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, gaining exposure to high-profile client work while building foundational skills in account management, data-driven marketing, and cross-functional partnership.

Due to the client-facing nature of this position, regular in-person interaction with clients, agency partners, and internal stakeholders is an essential requirement of the role. • Maintain accurate, real-time project status updates and communicate progress effectively across teams

  • Contribute to the execution of data-driven direct marketing campaigns, including preparation of client and conference materials

  • Analyze large data sets to produce clear, concise reporting that supports Account Executive strategies

  • Track program performance and generate consolidated reports to measure campaign effectiveness

  • Support financial processes by researching and reconciling billing, invoicing, and shipping-related data

  • Build strong working relationships across teams, including management, clients, and cross-functional partners

  • Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Provide back-up support to Account Executives as needed

Qualifications

What you’ll bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience within the digital media industry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and translate insights into actionable reporting

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Self-starter with strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Why You Might Stand Out From Other Talent

  • A strong interest in relationship marketing and understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape

  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and partner across diverse teams
