Key Responsibilities

• Process quality control checks of new accounts, account maintenance transactions, and cash flows to ensure accuracy prior to trading.
• Manage multiple workflow queues to review accounts with 100% accuracy and within guidelines.
• Perform routine consistency checks to mitigate risk and reduce errors.
• Identify control risks and collaborate on control assessments.
• Review operational control risks with senior managers and report major risks with root cause analysis and remedial actions.
• Conduct deep dive reviews to ensure processes are controlled.
• Develop dashboards and risk reporting materials.
• Challenge procedures and communicate findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in control functions within financial services or asset management.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Influence and build relationships to achieve goals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience under tight deadlines with risk mitigation.

Additional Information

Base salary ranges from $56,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and location, with additional incentives and benefits. This is an at-will position with potential salary modifications based on performance and market factors.
