About Client Service and AIA Labs
The goal of Client Service is to build and grow meaningful relationships with the world’s largest, most sophisticated investors and help prospective clients achieve their goals through high quality return streams and tailored insights. To this end, we deeply understand the global pools of capital, develop strategies to effectively develop relationships, and partner with prospective clients on their most difficult investment and portfolio construction problems. We help our prospective clients broaden their understanding of our investment process, strategies and performance as well as deepen their understanding of financial markets more generally.
AIA Labs is an in-house venture at Bridgewater Associates that is focused on using AI (Artificial Intelligence) to generate returns in markets. Its goal is to develop capabilities that enhance Bridgewater’s existing strategies as well as to manage a dedicated AI strategy for clients. Bridgewater’s AIA Labs is combining a broad set of AI tools (de-optimized tabular data models, reasoning tools, and LLMs) using proprietary techniques developed in-house to build an AI-based Reasoning Engine capable of performing fundamental, systematic investment research.
About Your Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Service Associate to support our fast-paced, high-performing client service team at Bridgewater, with a specific focus on AIA Labs. This hybrid role blends high-level administrative support with day-to-day team operations, ensuring our client-facing professionals can operate at peak performance. The ideal candidate brings operational savvy, excellent judgment, and a service mindset to every interaction. Candidates with curiosity and passion for the AI space are preferred.

This role will follow a hybrid schedule, with an onsite requirement alternating between our NYC and Westport campuses.
Compensation
The wage range for this role is $ 90 ,000 – $ 18 5,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80-90% of this wage range.
