Associate Client Order Coordinator - Onboarding

Wilmington, DE (Onsite)

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

The skills developed in those settings can be easily transferred to make a difference in CSC’s professional business-to-business environment as a Client Order Coordinator. We’re hiring an Associate Client Order Coordinator for our Customer Acquisitions and Onboarding team. This team is responsible for supporting the onboarding of change of agent services with preparing and filing of the change of agent forms to CSC. Also, retrieving information from cases in Salesforce for review and reaching out for missing or conflicting information. You will work with the onboarding specialist and project managers to ensure a seamless experience for our customers as they either transfer to CSC or add on to their portfolio.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Reviewing and processing legal documents
  • Completing data entry of customer information
  • Fulfilling customer orders with various jurisdictions
  • Sending accurate results to customers in a timely manner
  • Problem solving issues related to customers and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Electronic filing and retrieval of documents
