Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate, Client Media Solutions to support day-to-day client media strategy and execution. This role can be remote within the United States or based in our U.S. offices in NYC, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, SF, or Carmel, IN.

You will assist with campaign operations, vendor communications, and budget management while collaborating with client services and media teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of client-facing media experience.
• Pharma industry experience is desired but not essential.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Able to enter data and complete projects with accuracy.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Highly motivated to assist others on the team.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Aid in creation of tactical recommendations by gathering vendor proposals, tracking submissions, deploying target lists and NDAs, and building any support content for the team.
• Enter and submit campaign operations requests, such as tag request forms, screenshot decks, and creative rotations.
• Contributes to integrity of media plan flowcharts, media plan, budget summaries, and buy specs.
• Aid in creative assets documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including managing availability requests and calendar setups.
• Assist with tracking campaign activities.
• Assist with managing media budgets including client and publisher invoicing, monthly and annual billing reconciliation, and building campaigns in Mediaocean/Prisma.

Real Chemistry is looking for a talent Associate, Client Media Solutions to join our growing team! This role will play a critical role in the success of our client services team, contributing to all aspects of the day-to-day success of our client's media strategy and execution.

What You Should Have:

Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
