Position Summary

The Associate Client Manager, Commercial Risk serves as a technical resource for clients, advisors, Insurance Company Partners, and prospects while providing prompt, efficient, high-quality service for designated accounts.

Principal Responsibilities
  1. Gather information and provide risk management recommendations for renewals; deliver renewals and binders as needed.
  2. Manage all policy activity aspects of assigned accounts, including endorsements and invoicing.
  3. Ensure timeliness and completeness in interactions to minimize errors and omissions claims.
  4. Handle calls and visitors requesting quotes, changes, or new policies; determine acceptability, complete applications, and collect premiums.
  5. Review existing accounts to identify opportunities for additional insurance lines, contacting clients prior to renewal.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with Insurance Company Partners, understanding carrier requirements.
  7. Identify opportunities for process and service improvements, bringing issues to leadership attention.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Licenses: Must maintain all required licenses by the State Department of Insurance or be willing to obtain them within 90 days of employment.
