Associate Client Manager, Commercial Risk-BKS Partners

Job Overview

The Associate Client Manager serves as a technical resource for clients, advisors, Insurance Company Partners, and prospects, providing prompt, efficient, high-quality service for designated accounts.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Assist in maintaining appropriate client relationships through excellent customer service, helping clients achieve their business outcomes via software and services.
  2. Identify and evaluate risks in client accounts, escalating concerns to senior colleagues as needed.
  3. Collaborate, communicate, and execute service delivery to meet service standards.
  4. Oversee system data entry and processing, conduct client audits, and record minutes from Client Success meetings.
  5. Track technology issues related to Client Success and keep the Operations team informed about migration and charge statuses.
  6. Complete special projects as assigned and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
  7. Address issues and discrepancies proactively with leadership.
  8. Maintain timeliness and accuracy in client interactions to minimize errors.
  9. Assist colleagues as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent client service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to learn other insurance and firm software programs.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Current P&C license or willingness to obtain it.
