About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Associate to join our Client Management team. In this role, you will support client-facing initiatives by analyzing property performance data, developing reports and presentations, and contributing to strategic recommendations.

This position is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in property management (including 2-3 years in a client-facing or leadership level) who thrives in a data-driven, client-focused environment.

What You'll Do

Analyze client portfolio data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the VP of Client Management to prepare custom reports, presentations, and strategic insights for client meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Assist the data team in building and maintaining dashboards using Sigma and other BI platforms to track key performance metrics.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Property Management, Leasing, Asset Care) to gather data and support client needs.
Track service-level agreements (SLAs) and client satisfaction metrics to inform account strategies.
Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy across all reporting and communication materials.

Basic Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in property management, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, or business operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Analytical mindset with 1-2 years of experience using BI platforms such as Sigma to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to support and occasionally present to client stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
