Role Overview

The Associate Client Advocate (ACA) utilizes advanced skills in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance to support client relationships and internal delivery activities. The ACA collaborates with a Producer and Client Advocate within our Retail & Distribution Industry Vertical Division (IVD) and is responsible for client service activities, engagement, and supporting new business efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client service activities and engagement through coordination with the Client Specialist
  • Act as the primary contact for service, escalation, and placement of insurance solutions
  • Support client retention and satisfaction by providing exceptional service and strategic advice
  • Assist in designing and delivering client presentations, proposals, and renewal strategies
  • Coordinate all service delivery activities, including audits, policy reviews, and invoicing
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance in a client-facing role or equivalent capabilities
  • Knowledge of coverage forms, insurance renewal processes, and analytical models
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects and mentor colleagues
  • Active P&C insurance broker’s license required; industry designations preferred
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 USD annually, plus potential annual bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.

Additional Information

This position does not offer visa sponsorship. The role is classified as Mid-Senior level, and the employment type is full-time.
