Responsibilities

• Make indemnity payments to claimants, including lump sum and ongoing payments.
• Issue Benefit Notices for start, changes, and end of benefits.
• Transmit SROI reports to the State of California as required.
• Coordinate return-to-work information and follow up on status for modified or alternate duties.
