Job summary

American Family Insurance is seeking a claims support professional in the Keene, NH area. The role is primarily home-based and handles customer interactions on new and existing claims, assisting with immediate needs.

You will manage claims tasks across multiple lines of business, using claim systems with precision, while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Position Compensation Range

$25.00 - $31.88

Pay Rate Type

Hourly

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
