Maron Marvel's Wilmington office invites applications for an associate attorney to join its civil litigation practice group. The candidate should have strong research, writing, and litigation skills and the capacity to handle a broad spectrum of civil cases.

We seek an attorney who can manage cases proactively from start to finish, collaborate with paralegals, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Demonstrated ability and desire to manage caseload proactively from start to finish.
• Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work in a team environment.
• Strong research ability and written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to continued client development.

Responsabilités

• Proactive case management from start to finish in both state and federal courts.
• Drafting of pleadings, written discovery, and dispositive motions.
• Comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategy recommendations.
