As an Associate Civil Engineer at Siegfried, you will play a key role in supporting project management and technical design efforts for both public infrastructure and private development projects. You will assist in coordinating projects, ensuring design quality and compliance, and mentoring junior staff. This position provides an opportunity to develop leadership and management skills while contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.
What You’ll Do
Manage and design infrastructure projects with oversight of schedules, budgets, and contract fees
Collaborate with principals, marketing, and technical staff on proposals and project delivery
Mentor junior engineers and technicians to foster professional growth
Participate in recruiting, negotiations, and billing reviews
Promote and maintain design standards and quality assurance processes
Engage with clients and contribute to business development activities
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Experience in project management and civil engineering design
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to mentor and support junior staff
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
