Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  2. Design and Analysis: Perform engineering analysis, design calculations, and prepare construction documents for various civil projects, including site development, transportation, and infrastructure.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Navigate regulations and permitting processes to secure approvals, ensuring compliance with environmental, zoning, and safety standards.
  4. Client Interaction: Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication, project updates, and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
  2. Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
  3. 3-5 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in site development, land planning, or transportation.
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant engineering software; experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling is a plus.
  5. Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
