Protouch Staffing is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join an established, growing practice in Santa Rosa, CA. You will deliver precise, hands-on chiropractic care under mentorship from an experienced doctor to a diverse patient population.

This full-time role (38–42 hours/week) includes ongoing clinical coaching, training in Diversified adjustments and corrective therapies, and robust patient education, with complete documentation in ChiroTouch EHR.

Qualifications

• Active Doctor of Chiropractic license in California.
• Open to new graduates who are already proficient at delivering hands-on adjustments.
• Coachable mindset with a desire for ongoing training in clinical protocols and corrective care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, precise chiropractic adjustments based on clinical protocols.

Job Title: Associate Chiropractor / Doctor of Chiropractic

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Job Type: Full-Time (38-42 hours/week)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and coachable Associate Chiropractor to join an established, growing practice. Working alongside an experienced doctor, you will deliver precise, hands-on chiropractic care and corrective therapies to a diverse patient population (ages 13-85+), with structured mentorship to help you refine your adjusting techniques and build a long-term clinical career.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, precise, and confident chiropractic adjustments based on clinical protocols (including Diversified, Cervical/Thoracic, Lumbar, Extremity, and Rib techniques).
• Manage patient care plans spanning acute care, maintenance care, non-surgical spinal decompression, cold laser therapy, and soft-tissue rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on home-based rehabilitation exercises and wellness strategies.
• Maintain complete and timely patient documentation using ChiroTouch EHR.
• Build long-term relationships with an established patient base in a collaborative team setting.

Work Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:15 AM - 12:30 PM & 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• No weekend, night, or on-call requirements (Optional Saturday hours available if desired).

Qualifications

• Active Doctor of Chiropractic license in California.
• Open to new graduates who are already proficient at delivering hands-on adjustments.
• Strong physical capability to perform adjustments on a diverse patient base using fixed bench tables.
• Coachable mindset with a desire for ongoing training in clinical protocols and corrective care.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and patient education skills.
