Banner Health seeks an Associate Chief Hospitalist to lead with a focus on culture, team building, and developing future leadership talent. The role collaborates with facility leadership to enhance patient care and team performance.

The position is 90% clinical (13.5-12 hour shifts per month) and 10% administrative. Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and 2–3 years of hospital medicine leadership are preferred within a dyad leadership model.
