Associate Chemist - Environment Testing - Monday - Friday - 2nd Shift

Eurofins Lancaster Labs is hiring an Associate Chemist for the 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain instrumentation and perform daily tuning and calibration
• Analyze quality control and client samples
• Review and assemble data with high quality and efficiency
• Evaluate and improve organizational and analytical systems
• Implement corrective actions to meet client and regulatory standards
• Perform duties independently with minimal supervision
• Additional duties as assigned

This position is on the 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3pm-11:30pm. Training occurs Monday through Friday on the first shift.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field, or equivalent experience (two years of industry experience equals one year of college)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with self-motivation and adaptability
• Ability to learn new techniques, multitask, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and adhere to company policies

Proficiency in English is required, including reading, writing, and speaking skills.

Pay range: $18/hour + 10% shift differential

Note: Compensation varies based on experience, skills, internal salary benchmarks, business sector, and location.
