What to Expect
  • Support the development and delivery of structured change management strategies, plans, and tools
  • Partner with business leaders and project teams to assess change impacts and develop stakeholder engagement approaches
  • Prepare and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communications, including presentations, FAQs, and newsletters
  • Track adoption and usage metrics, report progress to team leaders, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor employee feedback, escalate challenges, and propose solutions to enhance the change experience
What is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in change management, HR, project management, consulting, or related areas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project tracking and reporting tools a plus
How to Stand Out
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s model)
