Position Highlights:

  1. Analyze complex situations and develop effective strategies
  2. Contribute to Service Line strategy development, setting goals and metrics
  3. Lead clinical operations, bridging the gap between medical practice and administrative functions
  4. Monitor patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement
  5. Advocate for patient needs
  6. Forecast budget needs and manage financial performance
  7. Collaborate with a talented team of professionals
  8. 0.5 FTE for administrative duties (20 hours weekly) and 0.5 FTE for Direct Patient Care duties (20 hours weekly)

Required Qualifications:

  1. MD or DO with experience leading MD and APC psychiatry clinicians
  2. Board Certification in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry or General Adult Psychiatry
  3. Eligibility for full licensure in state of Massachusetts
  4. Basic Life Support (BLS)
  5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
