Davita Inc. is seeking an Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive sports medicine services to student-athletes at the University of St. Thomas. This full-time role involves injury management, rehabilitation, and team communication, requiring evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Member of the University of St. Thomas Athletic Training Staff. Provide athletic training services and administrative duties to Division One varsity student-athletes at University of St. Thomas, including organization and administration of all aspects of the sports medicine program including: injury management, prevention, rehabilitation, documentation, travel logistics, and overall athlete/team care. Primary sport responsibilities include Football and Cheer. Function as a member of the Twin Cities Orthopedic outreach program.
This is a full-time position working a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Ability to:

* Work in the clinic, office, athletic setting or surgery center during business hours
* Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
* Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
* Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
* Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
* Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
* Understand and execute a variety of instructions
* Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
* Work independently with minimal supervision
