Job description

Gameto is seeking an Associate to the CEO office to partner closely with the leadership team on high-priority strategic, financial, and operational initiatives partnering across investor relations, business development, and scientific teams. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone with 1–3 years of investment banking or management consulting experience who wants exposure to company-building at the executive level.

You will serve as a trusted thought partner and execution arm—building decks and financial models, scheduling key meetings, supporting investor and partner interactions, and helping keep the organization running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality presentations and materials for board meetings, investors, and partners
• Develop and maintain financial models, analyses, and strategic frameworks
• Support special projects across strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and operations
• Manage and prioritize the CEO’s initiatives and follow-ups across teams
• Help run the office and support day-to-day operational needs as required
• Coordinate multiple calendars, priorities and ensure all deadlines are met
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in banking, management consulting, private equity, or similar.
• Strong analytical, powerpoint, and financial modeling skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Interest in healthcare, biotech, or startups is a plus.
• Able to commute to Gameto’s Austin office at least 2x a week
