What You’ll Do
Position Summary

Center Directors are important spirited leaders at Suvida Healthcare who bring joy to every patient, patient family, and employee interaction. Center Directors will be responsible for clinic operations in and around their clinics, owning the success of their clinic. They are expected to lead clinical and non-clinical employees, support operational initiatives, engage in neighborhood and community activities, and generally ensure that clinic operations run smoothly and efficiently daily. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Incorporate culturally and socially appropriate concepts within Suvida Healthcare’s Lifestyle Medicine Programs
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 15+
  • Lead the execution of in-clinic operational initiatives
  • Problem-solve employee and patient issues in real-time
  • Ensure patients are delighted with the level of care they receive
  • Ensure scheduling and billing processes are executed efficiently
  • Oversee clinical and community areas
  • Advocate for your clinic, team, and patients
  • Build relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners in the local community
  • Support and contribute to marketing initiatives
  • Ensure clinic operations run smoothly daily
  • Design, implement, and evaluate Suvida Healthcare Clinics
  • Oversee the clinic’s specialty provider network
  • Provide programs and activities to meet patient needs and comply with regulations
  • Support growth of other Texas clinics and drive performance
  • Adapt clinic and operational programs to meet changing patient needs
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, and training of staff
  • Schedule and evaluate staff assignments to ensure quality care
  • Assist leadership with budgeting and resource utilization
  • Serve as a knowledge resource for clinical operations and support leadership
  • Maintain and monitor resource utilization, space, equipment, and policies
  • Develop and monitor performance improvement plans for compliance and quality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 10+ years’ experience in healthcare or a similar field
  • 10+ years of management experience
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale healthcare centers/clinics
  • Experience in value-based care operations
  • Knowledge of clinic economics
  • Understanding of value-based care reimbursement and contracting
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience managing operations within an established budget
  • P&L ownership experience
  • Experience in business growth and stakeholder interaction
  • Passionate about culturally sensitive care, results-driven, and a team player
Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field
  • Master’s Degree preferred
