Salary Range

$50,700-$65,800

Position Overview

As an Associate Merchandising Analyst, you will negotiate and close gross profit opportunities, and execute promotional merchandising programs for our independent retailers. You will collaborate closely with our vendor and broker community.

Location: Hybrid Role after training in North Hatfield, MA

1. Negotiate and execute promotional merchandising programs with vendors and manufacturers (weekly ads, bi-annual food shows, marketing events).
2. Negotiate opportunities with vendors and manufacturers to maximize profitable inventories by creating logistical and administrative efficiencies.
3. Learn the functions of various systems and reports for daily usage.
4. Manage reconciliation of vendor rebate programs to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
5. Set up and maintain item and vendor data integrity, including pricing, item accuracy, item changes, assortment, marketing info, and resolving lost income.
6. Work on special projects with senior analysts and managers, such as representing division on weekly conference calls, food show coordination, retail merchandising, and other projects.
7. Collaborate with the procurement team on excess inventory resolution.
8. Interface with other departments, vendors, and retail customers regarding invoicing and deduction management.
9. Travel required: No

• Office environment with temperature maintained between 65°F and 75°F.
