Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years' experience in Category Management, Customer Management, Insights or Sales Strategy.
• CPG experience required and knowledge of syndicated data sources.
• Ability to build relationships with external and internal partners to drive results.
• Understanding of assortment and planogram execution processes.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive category management using data analytics and shopper insights.
• Develop reports including sales/share, opportunity gap, assortment, planogram, pricing and performance.
• Synthesize learnings from syndicated data to deliver actionable category insights.
• Co-develop strategic plans to achieve category volume, contribution and share goals.
• Conduct category decompositions and identify trends and opportunities.
• Drive planogram development and implementation for the growth plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer initiatives.
• Manage weekly and monthly reporting, including scorecards and Circana share.
