Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Store Associate at our Castleton Square location in Indianapolis, IN. In this role you will create a hospitable environment through friendly engagement and product knowledge, helping customers find outfits that fit and feel great.

You will work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, using mobile technology to assist customers and process transactions, while following company policies and safeguarding store assets.

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
