Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking an Associate Card Auditing Coordinator to reconcile card batch counts and document results in production. The role covers safety, miscount investigations, signoffs, and training related to Card Accountability procedures.

The position emphasizes maintaining compliance with security policies, performing batch reconciliations, and supporting the security team in daily operations. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • High School or GED Diploma is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in basic math and ability to use a calculator.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft programs proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile count accuracy on Card Accountability paperwork and record results.
  • Communicate audit results to Security Manager and Shift Supervisor.
  • Provide training to employees on Card Accountability requirements and procedures.
  • Lead maintenance and adherence to compliance policies (Facility Security, Card Accountability).
  • Perform Card Accountability batch reconciliation throughout production.
  • Assist the Visual system as directed by the Security Manager.
  • Learn and assist enterprise system responsibilities; timely corrective action.
  • Engage in safety and cleanliness programs; conduct 5S audits.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Security Manager.

Associate Card Auditing Coordinator
Position Overview

This position is responsible for the reconciliation of card batch counts and the recording of this information on the corresponding documentation. Scope of responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to ensuring that all security, miscount investigation/results, count recording and signoffs (dual when necessary) are being performed in all operations in production. This position will provide supplemental training as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all employees are practicing safe working habits and immediately report any and all accidents and safety violations to the Security Manager and the Shift Supervisor or Production Supervisor
  • Provide immediate feedback to Security Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Security Guard on Card Accountability discrepancies, safety or security concerns
  • Reconcile count accuracy on all Card Accountability paperwork and record results
  • Communicate all Card Accountability audit results to the Security Manager and Shift Supervisor
  • Provide training to all employees and new hires on Card Accountability requirements and procedures
  • Play a leadership role in the maintenance and adherence to all compliance policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Facility Security, Card Accountability
  • Perform Card Accountability batch reconciliation throughout the production process
  • Other responsibility will learn and assist the Visual system as necessary as per the security manager direction.
Other Important Responsibilities
  • Learn and assist the enterprise system as necessary as per the security manager direction. Timely Corrective Action response and resolution to relevant situations
  • Engage and support companywide Safety and Cleanliness programs
  • Conduct 5S audits
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Security Manager.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • High School or GED Diploma is required
  • Ability to relate to employees and understand their needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and ability to use a calculator
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Computer skills is a must with Microsoft programs proficiency
  • Task oriented excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload
  • Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, self-motivated, creative and innovative
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Physical requirements and work environment
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs;
  • Must be able to sustain office work as needed including the following:
    • Sitting in an office chair
    • Typing
    • Reaching for the telephone
    • Standing at office equipment
    • Hearing for phone use
    • Sight for computer use
  • Must be able to sustain factory work for 8+ hours per day including the following:
    • Standing at machinery
    • Reaching and pulling to operate machinery
    • Sight for machinery operation
    • Walking through shop
  • Office environment is of moderate noise level.
  • Shop noise levels are such that protective ear-coverings are recommended.
